I am currently a one man band. For this reason, I am unable to answer phone calls or have people popping into the shop while I am with clients.

Bookings cannot be made over telephone call. But how do we book if we can’t call you?

Guide 2

My schedule is currently limited. I do now allow bookings further than certain thresholds, These will differ between returning clients and new clients.

Returning clients will be able to book up to 183 days in advance (6 months).

New clients will be able to book up to 91 days in advance(3 months.

These are several reasons for this limitation but most importantly.

  • Returning clients, just like with any business, are the people who keep you open, day in and day out. Many of my loyal clients have been with me since the beginning. As curl specialists are already in high demand, limiting my booking system ensures my loyal curlies can book their regular maintenance.

  • 3 months, let alone 6 months is a long time to have life fully mapped out. Making sure I have the possibility of downtime helps me stay at my best for you. It means I can still attend things such as training classes, curly seminars and family events as well as plan the next part of my venture.

I can’t book in - As mentioned before, bookings are limited. If upon visiting the booking system nothing appears for seemingly years, do not panic. The booking system has been fully booked up, but only for the designated threshold (91 days for new and 183 days for returning). Check back periodically. As clients reschedule and cancel online, bookings can sometimes re-open automatically. As this is 100% automated, you will see the bookings open live, oftentimes before I do myself.

Reschedule - Please keep hold of your confirmation email. Within the body of the email, there will be an orange button(see photo on page for example). Using this button, you can reschedule your appointment to any available slot
